While Cincinnati is a big metro it’s not like Miami or Austin. So relocation couldn’t be the #1 focus. Plus theywork in the higher end luxury markets so they needed quality buyers & sellers.
Already had a thriving channel bringing $10,000,000+ a year in business with 2600 subscribers after 3 years.
Honestly, he wasn’t sure the ROI would be worth it since he was already doing well. He needed to see growth. Better email marketing. Better lead flow. Ultimately, everything needed to be better than what he was already doing.
